225g Westfield Farms Spelt Flour
75g butter
100g soft brown sugar
1 egg beaten
2 large ripe bananas
2 teaspoons baking powder
½ teaspoon cinnamon
Method
Cream butter and sugar until fluffy then add egg gradually .
Mash the bananas and stir in to mixture.fold in flour, baking powder and cinnamon.
